Lamb shanks, onions, fresh tomatoes, tomato puree, pomegranate molasses (may contain small traces of sulphur dioxide), onions, carrots, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, rapeseed oil, salt, black pepper and bay leaves.

Cooking instructions

1. Make a cut to the top of the bag and place in a
microwaveable dish.
2. Heat for 8 - 10 minutes on 800w or until it’s piping hot.

1. Pour some water in a large pan and bring to boil
2. Reduce the heat and drop in the sealed bag of lamb shank
3. Heat for 15-20 minutes until piping hot

1. Defrost overnight
2. Take the shank out of the packaging and place in an oven proof container
3. Cover with foil
4. 15- 20 minutes
