Here we give you a classic Espresso Martini with a few tips from the hubby (Tom) to perfect the perfect pour.
Ingredients:
• 50ml vodka
• 25ml coffee liqueur - we use @mrblackspirits
• 25ml espresso (ideally from a coffee machine) / or you can use cold brew coffee
• 1 tsp honey
To make:
1) In a cocktail shaker add ice, the tip with this is to add 2 different sizes of ice so that it shakes well to create the froth
2) Add in the vodka, coffee liqueur, coffee and honey - in traditional recipes it says sugar syrup instead of honey, but we find honey works much better
3) Shake really well
4) Strain into a glass - have rimmed the glass with chocolate sauce for extra
