Sour Cherry Bramble's are your new Friday night favourite... believe me! Here's a quick and easy recipe for the perfect sour treat.
• 50ml gin
• 2 teaspoons of honey
• 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
• Sour cherries in syrup
A short / small glass
1) Add the gin, lemon juice and honey into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2) Crush some ice - to do this simply pop ice cubes in a clean tea towel and fold the towel over the ice. Grab a rolling pin and hit the ice with the rolling pin. Unfold the towel and add the ice to the glass.
3) Strain the gin mixture over the crushed ice and top with a few sour cherries. Don't forget to slowly drizzle the cherry syrup also! You can also use Sour Cherry Jam here if you don't have cherries in syrup.
