Cooking instructions

1. Microwave for 3 minutes on 800 watt
2. Take out of microwave and stir through
3. Return to microwave and heat for a further 2 minutes

1. Defrost dish in fridge overnight
2. Pour contents into pan
3. Medium heat for 3 minutes
