This twist on a gin sour uses some subtle Persian flavours to create the prefect tipple.
Ingredients:
• 50ml gin
• 30ml sugar syrup
• 30ml blood orange juice
• 25ml lemon juice
• 30ml egg white or aquafaba (the liquid from the can of cooked chickpeas)
• A handful of pomegranate seeds
To serve:
Short glass / large wine glass
To make:
This one's a super easy (but delicious) one! Pop all the ingredients in the shaker and give it a good shake. The egg white (or aquafaba) will froth up and give you a nice head on the drink. Strain into glass and garnish - I've used edible flowers but you can top with pomegranate or raspberries. Cheers
