Slowly braised aromatic herbs, tender lean beef, kidney beans and dried limes.

Often referred to as the national dish or Iran, this is one of the most popular dishes across the country. It’s rich in vitamins and minerals and is a great source of calcium, vitamin A, iron and vitamin C.

Sabzi (parsley, coriander, chives, fenugreek and spinach (14%)), red kidney beans (35%), white onions, rapeseed oil, lean beef (30%), turmeric, ground black pepper, dried limes whole and powder (may contain traces of sulphur dioxide), salt, beef stock (beef, onions, carrots, bay leaves, black peppercorn, water).

Cooking instructions

Remove sleeve. Place in microwave and heat for 8 minutes (800w) or until piping hot. Stir dish half way through cooking.

Pre-heat your oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas mark 6. Remove sleeve. Cook for 40 - 45 minutes until piping hot. Remove lid and stir.

Make sure your food is piping hot before eating!
