Celery (celery) (40%), onions, spinach (30%), prunes, rapeseed oil, mint, parsley, fennel seeds, dried limes, lemon juice (may contain traces of sulphur dioxide), salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic and water.

Cooking instructions

1. Microwave for 5 minutes on 800 watt
2. Take out of microwave and stir through
3. Return to microwave and heat for a further 2 minutes

1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas mark 4
2. Remove sleeve and heat in centre of oven for 35 - 40 mins
3. Take out of oven and stir
