Stew of tender lamb braised with celery and fresh herbs.

This popular stew is remarkably flavourful with very few ingredients. Celery is sautéed on its own to enhance its flavour, then combined with herbs, meat and dried limes to bring the dish to life.

Boneless lamb meat (35%), celery (celery) (40%), onions, rapeseed oil, mint, parsley, dried limes, lemon juice (may contain traces of sulphur dioxide), salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic and water.

Cooking instructions

Remove sleeve. Place in microwave and heat for 8 minutes (800w) or until piping hot. Stir dish half way through cooking.

Pre-heat your oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas mark 6. Remove sleeve. Cook for 35 - 40 minutes until piping hot.
Remove lid and stir.

Make sure your food is piping hot before eating!
